A robust optimal dispatching strategy of distribution networks considering fast charging stations integrated with photovoltaic and energy storage

With the increasing number of electric vehicles, a large charging loads connected to power system will have an impact on economic and safe operation system. In this paper day-ahead optimal dispatching method for distribution network (DN) with fast station (FCS) integrated photovoltaic (PV) energy storage (ES) is proposed deal negative FCS DN. By adjusting load DN through optimization decision ES soft open points (SOP), level improved. Firstly, based historical vehicle travel data, Monte Carlo simulation (MCSM) applied realize load. Secondly, uncertainties PV addressed via robust model Based second order cone relaxation duality theory, two-stage proposed. The divided into main problem (MP) sub (SP). For MP, access position adjusted SOP. And discharging adjusted. optimized. SP, uncertainty PV, worst scenario calculated. robustness strategy guaranteed. Finally, verified IEEE 33 bus road 34 nodes. results show that can effectively relieve line congestion operating range voltage better cost reduced significantly.
